VAN GOGH展（カナダ国立美術館）を見に行く／ゴッホ展内で駿河のスペル間違いに気づくも、小心のため躊躇。だれか教えてあげてください／Byward Market内にもプチギャラリーが新設

今日もByward Marketを抜けて、カナダ国立美術館　National Gallery of CANADA　へ

 花屋さんの花鉢もだんだんと鮮度が落ちてきました。切花だけでなく、花鉢にも鮮度があるので買うときに注意が必要です。弱っている鉢を買うと、植えたときにケアが面倒です。

 観光案内によるとネルソン　マンデラも馬車に乗ったようです。

 Major's Hill Parkはカナダデーの準備のため、閉鎖されています。

 公園内には数件のテントやお店、トイレを設置していました。

 自宅から10分弱。カナダ国立美術館に到着。今日は木曜日なので17時以降は無料で鑑賞できます。閉館時間は木曜日のみ20時です。

いつもは受付で、何もせず直接、絵画の飾っている部屋に行きますが、今日はゴッホ展を見るので25ドルのゴッホ展入場料金を払います。

 この開放感ある通路を進むと、

突き当たりにゴッホ展の入り口があります。いまや高額絵画として世界中から注目を浴びるゴッホの作品ですが、ゴッホ存命中に売れた絵は一つしかありません。しかもその絵、”赤い葡萄畑　The Red Vineyard”は400フランで売られました。ちなみに　”医師ガシェの肖像　Portrait of Dr. Gachet　”は1990年に日本人によって124億5000万円で落札されています。

ゴッホ展特設売店にて、プリントが売っていましたので以下二点を購入。本物ももともと版画なので、いい額に入れて部屋に飾っても安っぽくならないと思います。もちろん、本物にはかないませんが、、、

 上の浮世絵「　駿河薩夕之海上　」がゴッホ展で展示されていましたが、説明パネルには、SURUGU　と書いてありました。ぜひこれから展示を見に行かれる方は、正確にはSURUGAであることを展示会場スタッフに教えてあげてください。僕も教えてあげようとしましたが、つい「もしかすると当時の日本では駿河を”するぐ”と読んでいたのでは？」という思いがめぐり、躊躇してしまいました。

ゴッホ展を鑑賞後、自宅へ

帰りに道にも、アートパネルが新設されていました。
