友人Ｍっちゃん再会、そして中華街で飲茶

8：30にユニオンスクエアそばのホールに行き、妻がフィラデルフィア研修中に出合った友人夫妻と会いました。
大学で教鞭を執られる旦那と明るい奥様。昔話に花が咲いていました。

そのあと、ニューヨークに住んでいるはずのＭっちゃんと会うはずなのですが・・・
彼女の電話に連絡をしても、不在通知・・・・
彼女の友人に伝言をお願いしても、連絡がありません。
ひょんなことから彼女の旦那と会い、彼女に連絡を取ってもらいました。

15分後、無事再会・・・
彼女いわく「”カナダから友人が来て、私と連絡を取りたがっている”とは聞いていたものの、カナダに友人はいないし・・・・」。
Ｍっちゃんには私達がカナダに住み始めた事を伝えていませんでした。

とりあえず久しぶりの再会なので、中華街に飲茶に行きました。

　ユニオンスクエアから地下鉄で数分。

駅から地上へ上ると、そこは世界最大級の中華街。

右も左も中国語の看板です。

　駅から歩いて数分。飲茶で人気の店　Golden Unicornに着きました。

さすがに人気Ｎｏ．1の店だけあって店内、食事とも快適で美味しかったです。
