この公園の奥には、この町の歴史を知ることが出来る博物館がありました。
■Ybor City Museum
入り口の係員は、とても気さくなおばちゃんです。
Yborの葉巻産業が衰退していた時のこの町は、かなり治安が悪くなっていたなど、生活観あふれる生の歴史を語ってくれました。
写真左上↑・・・入り口に飾られていた、世界で一番長い葉巻です。
ここにもホセ・マルティーの銅像がありました。

博物館の庭です。今日は本当に気持ちのいい日光が燦燦と降り注いでいました。
博物館のトイレを借りに裏側に行くと・・・どこかで見かけたものが・・・
ここにもありました。私が日本で作っていたものと同じコンクリート製のプランターが・・・
St.Ａｕｇｕｓｔｉｎｅでも見つけて、ここにもあるとは！驚きです。
まるで小中学生のときに夢中になっていたドラゴンクエストというゲームの「ちいさなメダル」集めのようです。
